Payment
must be made in US funds ONLY.

Our
secure checkout will calculate your order total and give you
the choice to pay via PayPal, Credit Card, or
Order by Certified Check/Money Order through Postal Mail.
When mailing
payment, make sure to include a copy of the Order Confirmation page.
Payment via
Credit Card: Once we receive your online or phone order for
credit card purchases we email you an invoice with
ordered parts and the total $ amount owed.
NOTE: All Orders for Chopper Kits, Wide Tire Kits, Wheels
and Special Order items will be billed a deposit of 1/2 invoice
total and the remaining balance to be billed when your order ships.
Sales tax (7.00%) must be charged to Mississippi
customers.
Shipping
Orders normally ship within 1-7 business days after payment is
received. There are exceptions (Chopper Kits, wide tire kits,
wheels and other Special Order items) where the order may take up
3 to 4 weeks to ship.
Shipping cost for an item is determined by your postal code, weight
& box size. We
ship to the US, FPO/APOs & International. International duties are
PAID BY THE BUYER & ARE NOT INCLUDED!
When
your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking
number. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IN CASE ANY OF OUR
COMMUNICATIONS ACCIDENTALLY GO THERE. Orders normally take 3-5 days
to arrive after they are shipped. International orders can take
anywhere from 5-7 days to arrive.

If for any reason you are not
completely
satisfied with our products we will
be happy to give you a prompt refund, credit or exchange (see note
below for special ordered goods) ONCE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS ARE MET.
You have
up to 7 days after receipt
of your merchandise to contact
Chopper Supply LLC for Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to return the product(s) for
a full refund, less restocking fee, less all freight.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) issued only by a
customer service agent at Chopper Supply LLC. Email
sales@Chopper-Kit-Usa.com to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA#).
Return your
purchase to Chopper
Supply LLC,4441 McCracken RD, Hernando, MS 38632, freight prepaid within
10 days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA#).
Include your
RMA# on the outside of all
packages to be returned.
The product
must be in "like new
condition" and in its original packaging with all paper work
included.
Package the returned items properly when shipping merchandise back
to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure
with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts
scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging
will not be accepted.
NOTE:
Return policy for special order
items will be subject to the discretion of
Chopper
Supply LLC.
Each instance will be taken on an individual basis.

Disclaimer & Warranties
CONTENTS: Chopper
Supply LLC believes
the contents and specifications of our listings to be correct. We
assume no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part
numbers, prices or model applications. We reserve the right to
change specifications, product descriptions, product quality,
pricing and application at any time without notice and without
further obligation.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Goods distributed by
Chopper Supply LLC
are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's
warranties and Chopper Supply LLC
shall have no obligation with respect
to any claims or obligations arising as a result of any such
warranties. All items carry a 30-day warranty for parts only, no
labor. IMPROPER CARE OR MISUSE: Chopper
Supply LLC
shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the goods have been
modified by any other person or organization, or where the goods
become defective in whole or part as a result of improper
installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation
or any other misuse or mistreatment of the goods.
EXHAUSTS SYSTEMS: Exhaust systems are
warranted for manufacturing defects only. However, there is no
warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any
discoloration. Discoloration, (blueing) is caused by tuning
characteristics, exhaust timing, carburetor jetting, overheating,
etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES: The
warranties contained herein are expressly in lieu of any other
expressed or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other
obligations on the part of Chopper
Supply LLC. Any models,
drawings, plans, affirmations of fact, promises or other
communications by Chopper Supply
LLC with reference to the
performance of the Goods are solely for the convenience of the
Customer and shall not in any way modify the expressed warranties
and disclaimers set forth herein. No agent or other party is
authorized to make any warranties on behalf of Chopper
Supply LLC, or to assume for Chopper
Supply LLC any other liability in
connection with the Goods.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Chopper
Supply LLC shall not be liable
for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach
of any warranties, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery,
delivery in non-conforming condition, or for any other breach of
contract or duty between Chopper
Supply LLC and the
Customer. |
